Pool Construction
Build Your Dream Pool with Pinellas County’s Trusted Pool Contractor
At Sunsation Pools & Spas, we have been building custom pools and spas throughout Clearwater, Largo, St. Petersburg, and the surrounding Pinellas County area for over 17 years. Owner Steven Buscema is a Florida State Certified Commercial and Residential Pool Contractor and a licensed Mason, bringing a level of hands on expertise that sets Sunsation apart from the competition.
Whether you are starting from scratch on a bare lot or adding a luxurious spa to your existing backyard, our team handles every phase of the process, from design and permitting all the way through final inspection. We use only the highest quality materials and work closely with local health departments and building officials to ensure your project meets all code requirements and is completed on schedule.
75% of our new clients come to us through referrals from past clients. That speaks to the quality, integrity, and craftsmanship we bring to every job.

See Your Pool Before We Break Ground
Every great pool starts with a great design. We use CAD software to create detailed 3D renderings of your project before construction begins, so you can visualize the exact layout, dimensions, and finishes, and make adjustments before a single shovel hits the ground.
Our design consultation is free. Steven and the Sunsation team sit down with you to understand how you want to use your pool, your yard’s dimensions and conditions, your aesthetic preferences, and your budget. From there, we build a plan that works for you in every way.
“Sunsation Pools & Spas did a great job! They helped me shape my ideas into a beautiful pool area. Sunsation Pools was fairly priced, completed the work on time and the end result is more than I dreamed. My ordinary backyard is now a tropical oasis!”
